So many unpleasant odors around the hotel!!! The cleanliness could really use a thorough inspection, especially the rooms that had stains and hair everywhere!!! It didn't make for a comfortable stay at all.

I had an outstanding experience at Surestay Hotel By Best Western in Tuscaloosa. The hotel's GM, Huey Harris, was exceptionally attentive and empathetic, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate, with great air conditioning and reliable plumbing that provided strong water pressure. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other local hotels. The hotel's proximity to the interstate and the Alabama campus was an added benefit, making it a convenient choice for business travelers.

The lobby and breakfast area impressed me with their modern cleanliness. However, I found the bathroom not as clean as I had hoped, and I encountered some issues like receiving only one towel. Still, the staff seemed to be managing the situation as best as they could.

This hotel provides everything I need for a perfect stay-free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and excellent air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which was nice. I'll definitely recommend it for a city break!

Now, let’s talk about the sliding door to the bathroom—like, where’s the privacy, y'all? And we encountered a cockroach near the microwave. For $275, it felt like a budget stay, honestly. Definitely not worthy of the SureStay name.
